How long will my order take?
Everything is made after you order it. Most orders are made within 2 to 5 business days, then delivery takes 3 to 12 business days depending on where you are. You get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency where available.
Is shipping free?
Free on orders over $60 USD. Under that, shipping is a flat rate by region and is shown at checkout.
Can I return something?
Because each item is made to order, we do not take returns for a change of mind or a wrong size. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days and we will replace it free.
What size should I get?
Every product page has a size guide. Tees and the hoodie run true to size, except the hoodie, which runs small, so take one size up.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
Close, but not exact. Screens vary and printed colours can shift slightly.
Do the stickers come as a sheet?
Each sticker set is one kiss-cut sheet with six koi on it, and you peel them apart.
